Appointment Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we understand. On occasion, appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We request that any rescheduling or cancelling should be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and 5 days for surgical appointments to avoid additional fees. We greatly appreciate your assistance and courtesy in regards to rescheduling/cancelling appointments.
