Veterinary Assistant
Taylor is a Student at Algonquin college. Enrolled in veterinary technician program. Taylor loves all kinds of different animals from rodents to farm animals, she has spent a lot of time working on farms and with wildlife. Taylor has 2 dogs and rabbit at home. She looks forward to seeing all your fur babies and giving them all the pets and belly rubs they could ask for.
Madison
Registered Veterinary Technician.
Madison just recently graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Algonquin College, and has successfully obtained her RVT status. She shares her home with 3 cats and 1 dog. She loves meeting all of the pets that come into the clinic, and especially loves spoiling them with lots of treats
Julisa
Registered Veterinary Technician
Julisa graduated from Algonquin College’s Veterinary Technician program in 2018. She has a deep love for sassy cats (the spicier, the better). She loves to give treats, some may say a little too much. Julisa enjoys all surgeries, but dental surgeries are her favorite. Your pets will be treated like royalty and she gives them the cutest nicknames. When Julisa isn't at work, you can find her volunteering with some of our local rescues. She loves spending time with her beautiful cat, Dot
Catherine
Catherine is a newly graduated RVT from Algonquin College. Born in Newfoundland, she moved to Ottawa in 2021 to pursue her Veterinary Technician diploma. She has a shy, but loveable cat named Dillon. In her spare time, Catherine is an avid reader and karaoke enthusiast.
Mela
Veterinary Technician
By 2026, Mela will have been a veterinary technician for 20 years, and her passion for the field is as strong as ever. A lifelong learner and lover of all things vet med, she brings experience, warmth and a good sense of humor to every day on the job. At this point in her career she is thrilled to have found her fur-ever home with Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic and their exceptional staff. At home, Mela is kept on her toes by her mischievous dog Nincompoop, two cats with big personalities – Greg and Homer, and the human loves of her life, her daughter Paige and husband Stu.
Trinity
Customer Service Representative
Trinity is a friendly and dedicated receptionist with nearly six years of experience in the veterinary field. She has a genuine love for all cats and big dogs, and her passion for animals shows in everything she does. At home, she shares her life with two cats of her own, along with a beloved family dog and two family cats. When she's not at work, Trinity enjoys unwinding with a warm cup of tea, playing video games, and relaxing with her fur babies close by.

Katelyn, new to the BHVC team enjoys client care and all the fur babies she gets to meet along the way! Outside of work, Katelyn spends her time with her two American Bullies, Atlanta and Georgia along with her family's sweet Cocker Spaniel, Cricket. Katelyn takes interest in different Bully Rescues in the area and when she has down time loves to take Georgia for a pup cup and a brew (for herself of course) at Stray Dog Brewery.
