Taylor Randall

Veterinary Assistant

Taylor is a Student at Algonquin college. Enrolled in veterinary technician program. Taylor loves all kinds of different animals from rodents to farm animals, she has spent a lot of time working on farms and with wildlife. Taylor has 2 dogs and rabbit at home. She looks forward to seeing all your fur babies and giving them all the pets and belly rubs they could ask for.

Madison

Registered Veterinary Technician.

Madison just recently graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Algonquin College, and has successfully obtained her RVT status. She shares her home with 3 cats and 1 dog. She loves meeting all of the pets that come into the clinic, and especially loves spoiling them with lots of treats

Julisa

Registered Veterinary Technician

Julisa graduated from Algonquin College’s Veterinary Technician program in 2018. She has a deep love for sassy cats (the spicier, the better). She loves to give treats, some may say a little too much. Julisa enjoys all surgeries, but dental surgeries are her favorite. Your pets will be treated like royalty and she gives them the cutest nicknames. When Julisa isn't at work, you can find her volunteering with some of our local rescues. She loves spending time with her beautiful cat, Dot

Brooke

Client Care Representative

Brooke  joined the team at Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic in April

2022 , and has found it very fulfilling and rewarding.  Brooke has always wanted to be able to make an active difference in the lives of the pets and working at Britannia Heights gives her the ability do that.

On her free time Brooke is at home cuddling with her adorable 4 year old puppy Dash, the dachshund.

Always looking forward to meeting new fur-babies and clients and to make each and every visit as pleasant as possible!

Sara

Client Care Representative

Sara moved to the Ottawa area in 2000, and has settled in quite nicely!

She could always be found hanging out with pets while at family functions, preferring their furry or scaly company. Although she did not obtain any formal education in the veterinary field, Sara knew that she would one day work at a veterinary clinic, and has happily been employed here at Britannia Heights since July 2022.

Sara herself has a small zoo: cats, dogs, birds, and a bunch of reptiles and amphibians! Outside of work, you can find Sara cross stitching, reading, or geeking out at Ottawa Comiccon.

Sheila

Practice Manager

Sheila has been in the veterinary field for 33 years with a short break to stay at home with her children. Sheila graduated in 1990 from St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario. She completed the registry exam later that year to gain the title of RVT. Sheila has practiced in several different small animal clinics and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic as our Practice Manager. 

Catherine

Registered Veterinary Technician

Catherine is a newly graduated RVT from Algonquin College. Born in Newfoundland, she moved to Ottawa in 2021 to pursue her Veterinary Technician diploma. She has a shy, but loveable cat named Dillon. In her spare time, Catherine is an avid reader and karaoke enthusiast.

Tarn

Veterinary Assistant

Tarn recently joined the BHVC team as a Veterinary Assistant.

Tarn is a certified Professional Groomer with owning her own studio for 10 years.

Tarn is an avid volunteer for many dog rescues and is passionate about Animal Welfare.

Tarn has her special mystery dog named Isabella which she adopted thru one of the rescue dog groups that Tarn assists.

Together they enjoy walks in the woods and spending time with family and friends.
